Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

We also do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom products

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item remains unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
